Job Description
Full-Time - Clinical position- Expanded Function Dental Assistant or EFDA required for our pediatric dental offices in Sellersville and Doylestown. Experience in Pediatric Sedation Dentistry is a plus. Bonuses are also provided every pay period for reaching specific goals.

Summary
As a Pediatric EFDA Dental Assistant, you will be essential in providing high-quality dental care to children, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment. Reporting to the lead dentist, you will utilize your core skills in chairside assisting and dental terminology while applying premium skills such as proficiency in EMR systems and pediatric dentistry. Your role will involve assisting with procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. By leveraging your relevant skills in medical documentation and pediatric care, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of our pediatric dental practice.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during pediatric procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for young patients.
Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of anatomy to effectively communicate with the dental team.
Operate 3D scanners and manage X-ray imaging as needed.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients and their guardians on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and assist in managing dental records.
Monday through Thursday. Fridays off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
