​Your Role:
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care while supporting the clinical team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Your combination of clinical expertise and a caring demeanor will help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.
Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday : 8:00 - 6:00
Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 - 4:00
every other Friday 8:00 - 2:00
Hourly Rate: $20 - $24 based on skills and experience
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatments and procedures, ensuring they feel at ease.
Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments, taking X-rays, and ensuring optimal efficiency in the operatory.
Instrument Sterilization: Maintain a clean and sterile environment by disinfecting equipment and sterilizing instruments according to protocols.
Record Management: Accurately record patient information and treatment details in the practice management system.
Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain dental supplies and materials to ensure seamless operations.
Patient Education: Provide clear post-operative instructions and answer patient questions to ensure understanding and comfort.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience That Matters: A minimum of 1 year in a dental assistant role (preferred but not required).
Certifications: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with taking digital X-rays, using dental software, and maintaining sterile protocols.
Patient-Focused Attitude: A caring and empathetic approach with strong communication skills to ensure patient comfort and understanding.
Organized and Dependable: Detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
