OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
Perform a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, endodontics, and preventive care.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain strict infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques throughout all procedures.
Document patient records accurately using Open Dental software, ensuring compliance with dental terminology standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure optimal patient experience and care continuity.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
Proven experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred, with a strong foundation in anatomy knowledge and patient assessment skills.
Familiarity with Epic software is advantageous for managing patient records effectively.
A thorough understanding of infection control practices is essential for maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in both technical skills related to dentistry and interpersonal skills necessary for patient interaction.

Pay: $206,500.00 - $224,797.00 per year
