Duties

Lead and manage the clinical tasks of a dental assistant to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Oversee the implementation of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols in accordance with industry standards.
Collaborate with dentists and specialists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Utilize advanced dental technology, including 3D scanners, to enhance treatment outcomes and patient experience.
Maintain accurate medical records using SoftDent software, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Provide training and support to team members on four-handed dentistry techniques and medical terminology relevant to orthodontics.
Foster a welcoming environment for pediatric patients, utilizing effective communication strategies to ease anxiety and promote cooperation during treatments.
Conduct regular assessments of clinical procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Experience

Proven experience in a clinical dental setting, particularly within Invisalign or general dentistry.
Familiarity with medical records management systems, specifically Softdent, is preferred.
Strong understanding of four-handed dentistry principles and infection control measures.
Proficiency in using iTero scanning technology for restorative and invisalign applications is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
