We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to provide exceptional dental care to our diverse patient base as our current Associate Dentist transitions back to the Hutchinson area due to family obligations that are restricting him from commuting. This creates an excellent opportunity for a new team member to step in and continue providing outstanding care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a passion for dentistry, and a commitment to continued learning and professional growth. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate leadership qualities, reliability, and a collaborative mindset, as future buy-in potential is available for the right individual.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose, treat, and prevent dental conditions with a high standard of care.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive dental care.
Collaborate with a skilled team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient experiences.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all dental regulations and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
Valid Minnesota dental license in good standing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to patient care and professional ethics.
Leadership qualities, reliability, and a collaborative approach to dentistry.
2 Years of experience or GPR certificate preferred
