OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort. As a Dentist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various dental conditions while promoting overall oral health.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthodontics.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Dentrix software.
Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Proficiency in prosthodontics and other dental specialties.
Strong understanding of medical records management and dental terminology.
Familiarity with dental office operations, including patient scheduling and billing processes.
Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques for enhanced efficiency during procedures.
Excellent patient assessment skills to accurately diagnose conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional care.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $235,784.00 - $241,589.00 per year
