Job Title: DentistLocation: Jacksonville, FL 322066 months ContractMon-Fri (8am - 5pm)
Computer Software: EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System)Dress Code: Medical Scrubs
IMPORTANT REQUIRMENTS:Â· Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid ProviderÂ· Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental InsuranceÂ· Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance
Responsibilities:Â· Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Experience/Skills Required:Â· 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services
Educational Requirement:Â· DDS or DMD degreeÂ· Active Florida Dental License
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $97.47 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
