Position Overview: As a Dental Assistant at Midwest Dental, you will play a key role in supporting our dentists and hygienists while ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients. You will be responsible for assisting during dental procedures, preparing the treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and providing excellent patient care. Schedule (days/hours): Mon/Wed - 8-6 Tues/Thurs - 7-5 Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including exams, fillings, cleanings, and extractions. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment. Take and develop dental x-rays. Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans. Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment care instructions. Ensure a clean and organized work environment. Educate patients about proper oral hygiene techniques and dental care Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant License CPR Compensation: $30-35/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
