As a Dental Office Floater, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing support across various clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office procedures, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with dental procedures, sterilization, making appointments, office errands.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient service throughout their visit.
- Float between different areas of the office to provide support where needed.
Qualifications:- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is preferred.- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.- Understanding of medical terminology to assist in patient interactions.- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
