We are seeking to hire an additional and Dental experienced Receptionist to join our Arlington Heights office full-time. Responsibilities:

Welcoming/checking in patients and processing new patient registration
Schedule and confirm appointments
Collect payments and verify insurance
Review treatment plans with patients
Create a positive experience for all patients

Qualifications:

Experience with Eaglesoft program preferred
Experience in the dental field or willingness to learn
Bilingual in Spanish or Polish is REQUIRED
Overachieving attitude and enhanced customer service skills
Excellent time management and organization skills

Work Schedule:
Full-time; Monday- Friday (please view our website for business hours) with Saturday availability (8am-2pm) required; so staff are given another day off during the week.
