Job SummaryBG Dental Wellness and Cosmetic Center, a Biological, minimally invasive Dental Practice, seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in a dynamic dental clinic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintaining accurate medical records. This role requires proficiency in general dentistry practices and familiarity with dental systems such as Dentrix / Eaglesoft.We offer diverse dental services including Holistic Dental Wellness, Cosmetic Dentistry, Bioclear Treatment, Teeth Extraction, Wisdom Teeth Extraction, Mercury Free Dentistry, Metal Free Ceramic Dental Implant, Invisalign®, Biological Periodontal Therapy, Bio-compatible dental materials etc.
Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Assist in the management of patient records, ensuring all medical terminology is accurately documented.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with clinic protocols.
Stay updated on the latest developments in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
Previous experience in dental assisting is a plus but not mandatory.
