What Were Looking For
License: A valid California RDA license is required.
Experience: 1-3 years as an Orthodontic Assistant preferred.
Certifications: Current CPR certification is a must.
Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA requirements and HIPAA compliance.
Skills: Experience with self-ligating brackets and clear aligners is a plus.
Personality: Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented.
Flexibility: Willing to work at multiple locations based on business needs.
Work Style: Organized and able to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
