Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This position requires a compassionate individual who is comfortable working with patients of all ages, and is committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment. Minimum two years experience preferred. Minimum two years Eaglesoft software experience preferred.
Duties

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring that the necessary instruments and materials are readily available.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit, including medical history and treatment plans.
Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols.
Monitor vital signs of patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure their comfort and safety.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment in accordance with aseptic techniques.
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices to promote overall dental health.
Support pediatric dentistry by creating a welcoming environment for young patients and assisting with child-specific procedures.

Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping practices.
