Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are a friendly and fast-paced dental practice seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. We are a well-established (over 30+ years) private Dental office in Hunterâs Creek.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
· Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
· Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
· Manage patient records, including intake forms and updates with accuracy.
· Verify insurance information.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and waiting room.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred.
· Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
· Proficient in any major dental practice manage software i.e. Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental
· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff
