Job Description

Practice Description: Well-established practice for 40+ years. Dr is focused on patient care and periodontal disease, performs all aspects of dentistry including Invisalign. Dr provides exceptional care for his patients and treats them like family. Many patients have been coming to the practice for generations. Practice is team focused; every team member helps each other. Utilizing Dentrix, Dexis, iTero scanner, tv's in each operatory for patients, state-of-the-art technology.
Job Description: The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in dental procedures, patient care, and possess excellent communication skills. Looking for a person who has a passion for dentistry Restorative experience is a plus. Team helps the hygienist with room turn around, perio charting and sterilization.
Compensation/Benefits:
Pay Range: 65-73/hr., negotiable
401K: Yes, after 1 year of employment
Medical: Yes, 50 of insurance premium paid by the employer.
Dental Insurance: In-house dental. Employee receives free dental care, family receives 50 off of dental care. All must pay any lab fees.
Paid Time Off: 1 week of vacation (32 hours) after 1 year
Other Benefits: Sick time according to WA State law, 6 paid holidays
Part-time employees only receive sick time.

Requirements:
Work Schedule: Office is open Monday-Thursday 7:00-4:30. Can hire for full-time or part-time schedules. Very flexible, will work with your schedule.
Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced welcome to apply.
Required Skills: WA State hygiene license, excitement for the dental field.
