Dental Hygienist Part-Time - Dental Professionals - Hillsborough, NC

Registered Dental Hygienist Part-Time (3 Days/Week)
We are a small, patient-focused, fee-for-service (FFS) dental practice with a primarily adult patient base. Our previous hygienist set a high standard of care, and we are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented hygienist to join our team
Position Details:

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (7:30 AM 4:00 PM)
Appointment Times:

Recare: 1 hour
Scaling & Root Planing (SRP): 2 hours
New Patients: 1.5 hours

Technology & Equipment:

Digital X-rays
Cavitron (ultrasonic scaler)
Laser therapy

Support Provided:

Perio charting assistance
New patient intake support

Practice Culture:

Patient-focused care in a relaxed, modern setting
The doctor is easygoing and supportive
The team includes a highly experienced front desk (35+ years) and an assistant with 20+ years of experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: 6570 per hour
Dental Benefits: In-office (hygienist pays only lab fees)
Paid Time Off: Vacation pay & holiday pay
Other Benefits: No medical, vision, life, or disability insurance; no 401K
