We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office team member. As the first point of contact for our office, the Front Office plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Maintain patient records and ensure documentation in compliance with HIPAA- Coordinate patient flow and manage the scheduling system to optimize efficiency- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes- Oversee front desk operations- Collaborate with medical providers and staff to address patient needs effectively
Experience:- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is preferred- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
