Registered Dental Hygienist - Pearl Dentistry - Bridgeville, PA

We are offering a $2500 signing bonus to the successful candidate.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health is maintained and improved. You will work closely with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences while adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations on patients of all ages.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Review patient documentation and medical histories, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in the diagnosis of oral diseases by reviewing medical imaging and performing vital sign assessments.
Collaborate with dentists in developing treatment plans for patients, particularly in pediatric dentistry.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies.
Support the dental office team with administrative tasks as needed, including medical coding and documentation review.
Ensure that all equipment is sterilized and maintained according to industry standards.

Qualifications

Proven knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and dental procedures.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with documentation review processes and HIPAA regulations is essential.
Previous experience in a dental office or as a dental assistant is a plus.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
Ability to take vital signs accurately and efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate patients.
A valid dental hygienist license as required by state regulations.

**The signing bonus will be paid as followed:
$500 after 30 working days. $1000 after 6 months of employment. $1000 after 12 months of employment.
