We are looking for an warm, team-oriented Patient Care Coordinator for our Downtown Dental Office. Candidates should be well-organized with attention to detail. We offer a positive work atmosphere and comfortable hours. Experience as an assistant is a plus. Experience with Dentrix is required.
Full-Time Position. Parking is Provided.
Hours needed Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and obtain insurance information
Answer multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments in Dentrix Software
Maintain accurate patient records
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit electronic dental insurance claims
Manage accounts receivable including billing and collections
