This premier dental practice office offers comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry services. Our team specializes in creating natural-looking smiles that enhance each patients unique features. We provide a wide range of services, including Invisalign, sedation dentistry, preventive dentistry, teeth whitening, CEREC same-day crowns, sleep apnea treatments, and more. Our practice is one of the few in the area licensed to offer IV conscious sedation, ensuring maximum patient comfort.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager/Administrator to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Overview
The Dental Office Manager/Administrator will oversee the daily operations of our dental practice, ensuring efficiency, exceptional patient experience, and a positive workplace culture. This individual will manage staff, handle patient inquiries, oversee insurance and billing processes, and maintain a well-organized office workflow.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice
Manage and support front office and clinical team members, including HR responsibilities
Handle patient relations, scheduling, and inquiries to ensure excellent service
Manage insurance claims, billing, and collections efficiently
Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies
Maintain a positive, productive, and team-oriented office culture
Monitor and optimize office workflow for smooth and timely operations
Implement and oversee office software systems
Assist with financial management, reporting, and budgeting for office operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in dental practice management
Strong knowledge of dental care processes in a full-service office with specialists
Experience with insurance billing, claims processing, and collections
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Proficiency in dental software systems
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Certification in dental office management is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Starting at 74,000+ (based on experience & credentials)
Bonus: Generous bonus system

Dental Insurance: Yes (In-office generous plan)
