Job Summary:Seeking a friendly and professional Office Assistant/ Receptionist to join our periodontal team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a dental /medical setting, and a friendly approach communicating by phone to patients.
Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed- Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications:- Dental office front desk experience preferred

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
