Dental Hygienist - Coronado Dentistry - Bristol, CT

We're looking to bring on a skilled Part-Time Dental Hygienist to our team! The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner.
We are a modern office located in beautiful Coronado with one general doctor and two other hygienists. Our well established office has been serving the community for 40+ years.
About the Role:

Days: We are looking for at least one full day, but open to discussing two days. Ideal day would be Wednesdays, but again this can be open for discussion.
Hours: 7:40 AM (1st patient @ 8 am) - 5 PM/close with a one-hour lunch break
Salary: $54-$60 DOE

What We’re Looking For:

Proficient in performing dental hygiene procedures and provide exceptional care to our patients including educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
Capable of building rapport with patients and team members
Document patient care in electronic health records, including notes, perio charting and digital x-rays (we use Eaglesoft)
Assist the dentist during examinations
Sterilizing instruments
Compassionate team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a positive work ethic, detail-oriented mindset and great attitude

The Right Candidate Will Have:

Certified Dental Hygienist with a valid license in California
Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control protocols
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
CPR certification
