State-of-the-art dental practice seeking a full time EXPERIENCED dental assistant. We offer a team-oriented work environment. Dental Assistant Duties Include (but are not limited to):

2 years of Dental assisting required
Chair side assisting to the doctor (4 handed dentistry)
Explaining treatment plans given by doctor
Triage all patients including reviewing medical history
Setting up and breaking down operatories
Prepare and lay out sterilized equipment, dental instruments, anesthetics, dental supplies and materials inside treatment rooms for examination and dental procedures
Ordering dental supplies and keeping organized ordering systems
Taking digital and panoramic X-rays (x ray certification a MUST )
Sending/receiving lab cases
Stocking operatories and lab.
Must be a people person and familiar with aspects of dentistry and assisting duties.
Dentrix/Dexis experience preferred but not required
Ensure dental office infection control policies and safety regulations are met
