Full-time Associate Dentist - Primo Dental - East Brunswick, NJ

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our new dynamic dental practice.
Primo dental is new addition to my existing 14 other dental offices as its new office i am ok to pay $900 minimum guarantee per day or production percentage whichever is higher.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and pediatric dentistry. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing the oral health of our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, crowns, and oral surgeries.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with practice policies.
Implement infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Skills

Proficient in pediatrics and pediatric dentistry, with the ability to manage young patients effectively.
Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic medical records systems is preferred.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental practices.
Excellent patient assessment skills, ensuring comprehensive evaluations for treatment planning.
Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques in a clinical setting.
Ability to perform oral surgery procedures as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient communication and comfort.
