Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns- Assist with chainside dental procedures- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical receptionist role is preferred- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as open dental or dentrix is a plus- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
