Camelback Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to join their front office team. The practice offers a fun, beach-themed environment and provides comprehensive dental and orthodontic services for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families warmly.
Efficiently check in patients, verify insurance, and collect necessary documents.
Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Process payments and discuss financial arrangements.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Communicate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a tidy front office, waiting room and patient restroom.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a front office role (dental/medical office experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate).
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for excellent patient care.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable discussing financial options and insurance coverage.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software (experience with dental software is a plus).
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
