We are looking for a friendly, professional and detailed oriented individual to join our team in the role of Dental Receptionist. The position offers a flexible schedule, advancement opportunities and an excellent benefits package for the right candidate. 32 Dental 4U is a practice that values growth and creativity, and we are interested in hearing from individuals who are excited about the value of dental services with a focus on patient care, education and prevention.
Responsibilities:

Welcome patients, insurance representatives and other visitors.
Receive new patients and schedule appointments for them.
Perform financial checks and insurance plan matching.
Answer telephones, transfer calls, take messages and assist patients as needed.
Handle financial transactions such as treatment plan presentations, deposits, refunds and payments.
Receive, process and forward dental/medical records.
Calculate due balances; record payments.
Follow HIPPA and OSHA guidelines.
Participate in marketing/advertising efforts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
