COMPETENCIES

Has 3+ years of experience in general dentistry.
Is proficient in root canals, extractions, dentures, partials, and surgical extractions.
Is empathetic with an excellent bedside manner and a strong sense of ethics and integrity in diagnosis.
Is a team player, coachable, motivated, and has a positive attitude.
Is trainable and open to mentoring to support and close larger cases through our sister full-arch implant business. Associates will earn production incentives for same-day impressions and diagnosing high-value cases.
Is committed to personal, professional, and financial (PPF) growth, setting 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals alongside our dedicated team.
Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required.
