Martin Family Dentistry is seeking a chairside dental assistant to add to our team!
All of our team members have been with our office for 10+ years and we are looking for an addition to our great team.
Ideal candidates:· 1+ years chairside experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate· Strong work ethic· Great leadership skills· “How can I help you?” attitude· Desire to be an amazing team member· Always prepared· Fast learner and willing to learn new skills· Excellent communication skills with patients and team members· Good time management· Knowledge in general dentistry such as fillings, crowns, making temporary crowns, root canals, extractions and implants preferred, but willing to train the right candidate· Eaglesoft knowledge is considered a great asset· Understanding sterilization protocols· Ability to understand and discuss treatment plans with patients· Organization and multi tasking skills· Basic computer skills
We have all proper PPE available and follow all safety protocols regarding COVID-19. We provide CPR certification and scrub uniforms. Benefit packages include paid holidays, PTO, medical and vision insurance and 401K.
Position is for Monday to Thursday 7:45AM-5:00PM and Friday 7:45AM-1:00PM

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
