Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy.
Conduct patient assessments, including medical history and oral examinations.
Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software.
Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment.
Assist in the management of pediatric patients, providing care tailored to their unique needs.
Stay updated on the latest dental practices, terminology, and technologies.

Skills

Proficient in dental terminology.
Strong understanding of infection control procedures and aseptic techniques.
Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy as it relates to oral health.
Experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
