OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will utilize your expertise in dental practices and procedures to support our mission of delivering high-quality dental services.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Eaglesoft software.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosing dental conditions.
Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to assess oral health effectively.
Provide compassionate patient care, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their treatment.
Requirements
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to dental care.
Experience with aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
Familiarity with managing medical records efficiently.
Strong understanding of anatomy related to oral health.
Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
