Dental Hygienist - Plaza Dental Care - Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the overall management of patient oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and aseptic environment.
Hours Monday -Thursday 8am- 5pm
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients.
Review and document patient medical histories and current medications.
Perform medical imaging as needed to assist in diagnosis.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe treatment environment.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with office policies.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care in general dentistry.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental software
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health is essential.
Familiarity with patient care protocols and documentation review practices is required.
Experience with medical imaging techniques
