As a Dental Hygienist at Complete Dental, you will play an essential role in promoting oral health and hygiene for our patients. This position is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. This position is for FRIDAYS only working 7a-3p. This is a permanent part-time position.
Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate medical records.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Assist the dentist during procedures as needed, providing support and comfort to patients.
Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to the dentist promptly.
Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

Valid dental hygienist license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and aseptic techniques.
Experience in general dentistry practices is preferred.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required.
Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail for medical records management.
Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients on oral health.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
