Registered Dental Hygienist needed for a privately owned restorative dental practice in Boerne, Texas. Our small team is dedicated, integrated, and devoted to exceptional patient care. A qualified candidate for this position must have significant experience and a commitment to periodontal therapies and patient education. Team collaboration is also a must.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and oral health evaluations to determine treatment needs.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize MacPractice dental software for scheduling and patient management.
Adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure a sterile environment during dental treatments.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
Proficient in periodontal treatment and patient education
Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations
Ability to perform patient assessments and vital signs monitoring

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $42.58 - $44.19 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
