We’re currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team! If you’re passionate about oral health and love creating positive experiences for patients, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:

Provide thorough dental cleanings and assessments, including scaling and polishing teeth.

Educate patients about oral hygiene and empower them to take charge of their dental health.

Take and record vital signs as part of our patient care process.

Use dental software like Open Dental to manage patient records efficiently.

Help our younger patients feel safe and comfortable during pediatric dentistry visits.

Follow strict HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy.

Maintain a clean, safe environment using proper aseptic techniques.

Partner with our dentists to create personalized treatment plans for each patient.

Assist with dental procedure coding when needed.

Stay informed about dental anatomy and best practices to provide top-notch care.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid dental hygiene license in the state of Ohio.

Experience in a dental office setting (preferred but not required).

Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques is a bonus!

Knowledge of medical coding is a plus.

Experience with pediatric dentistry or a passion for working with children is desirable.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-first attitude.

Attention to detail and a commitment to keeping our space safe and spotless.
