Position: Dental Hygienist
Employment Type: Part time
Currently looking for FT or Thursdays and/or Fridays only
Location: Menlo Park , CA

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, and polishing, to ensure optimal oral health for patients.
Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments, charting, and document findings accurately in patients' records.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dental care, and preventive measures for maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment planning.
Stay updated on the latest dental hygiene techniques, advancements, and regulations through continuing education.

Qualifications:

Valid state dental hygiene license and certification from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
Proficient in using dental software and electronic health records.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients of all ages.
Knowledgeable about dental hygiene best practices and patient education.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
CPR certification and any additional relevant certifications are a plus.
