Rho Family Dentistry is a growing practice, with a phenomenal team looking for a Part Time Hygienist to join our team. This will initially be a part-time (1-2 days/week) position with room to grow over the next year. Our focus is on helping our patients achieve a lifetime of dental health. We provide restorative and cosmetic dentistry with a focus on excellent patient care and customer service. We are looking for someone who understands the value of excellent customer service and the importance of working as a team, which includes use of our assistants to help with hygiene patient flow.
Minimum requirements:-RDH license-Strong communication skills to facilitate excellent patient care by all team members-Always on-time and punctual-Attention to detail and accuracy-Positive, kind and friendly attitude in stressful situations
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care by performing dental cleanings and assessments.
Utilize dental terminology and medical records to ensure accurate documentation.
Assist in chairside procedures, adhering to aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
Stay updated on dental practices and technologies, including Eaglesoft and Dentrix.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
