Registered Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice! We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great patient care and committed to the dental industry.
Work Location: Fallbrook, CA
Work Schedule: Full-Time
Monday-Thursday 7:45 am- 5 pm
Friday 7:45 am- 12 pm
Compensation: $55-60, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities:
Perform Cleanings of teeth and gums
Take necessary x-rays, intra-oral pictures, complete periodontal charting
Address patient's hygiene and restorative needs
Educate patient on what doctor will likely recommend in the form of treatment
Clean/sterilize treatment room after each appointment.
Reappoint patients emphasizing value and urgency for the next appointment
Prepare, attend, and contribute to Straine Management System (SMS) Meetings.
Sterilize and re-stock all instruments and bags after each appointment.
Achieve individual daily hygiene production goal.
Maintains proper knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliances and clinical skills.
Qualifications:
RDH License
Laser Certification
X-Ray License
5 years of experience (preferred)
Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
Perio Protect experience (preferred)
Comfortable diagnosing perio, perio charting experience
Ability to start same day SRP's and same day perio
