*This full time position will be based in Federal Way, but the interview, some training and occasional shifts may be required at our Silverdale location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete patient intake for New Patients, Follow Ups, Records and Delivery appointments. Gather and review medical history, educate patients on sleep disorders, their risks and available treatment options. Build rapport and listen with empathy.
Review and prep the daily schedule, ensuring all required documentation has been received and present your patients at the morning huddle.
Perform digital scanning, CBCT and cold laser.
Present treatment plans and ensure patients understand the benefits, risks, and associated costs. Tailor presentations to suit individual patient needs and preferences, empowering them to make informed choices while building trust in the recommended path.
Deliver oral appliances, ensuring that patient has solid understanding of their device, and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
Respond to patient messages, phone calls and texts. Route to providers as appropriate.
Document all patient interactions in EMR, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times.
Perform Icat and Medit calibration.
Complete weekly spore testing and clean sterilizer.
Ensure patient rooms are stocked and adequate supplies are in inventory.
Review appliance tracker and ensure status is correct. Update tracker when necessary.
Ensure administrative duties are complete during non-patient time. This includes routing notes, sending scans, letters, delivery bags, ordering supplies, scheduling, etc.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
