Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and patient comfort.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
Perform X-ray imaging as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
Operate and maintain dental equipment, including 3D scanners, while ensuring cleanliness and compliance with aseptic techniques.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality care in a friendly environment.
Experience
Previous experience as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant or similar role is preferred.
Pediatric experience is required
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is highly desirable.
Proficiency in dental terminology and medical documentation is essential.
Experience with X-ray procedures
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 â 40 per week
