Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
Take X-rays as needed, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnosis.
Record and maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient histories and treatment plans.
Provide support in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage inventory of dental supplies and assist in maintaining a clean clinic environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, with knowledge of dental clinic operations.
Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
Experience with X-ray technology is essential; certification is required.
Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently in collaboration with the dentist.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patient care.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.

Pay: $23.29 - $24.32 per hour
