Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages under 18, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using dental software such as Dentrix.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no disciplinary actions.
Proficiency in medical records management and familiarity with Dentrix or similar software preferred.
Experience in prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, or dental fabrication is a plus.
Strong knowledge of infection control practices within a dental setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $288,000.00 per year
