Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide efficient and quality dental care to patients.
Duties- Prepare patients for dental work- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques- Take dental x-rays- Maintain accurate patient records- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies- Manage inventory and supplies in the dental office
Qualifications- Certification in Dental Assisting- Proficiency in 3D scanner technology (we can provide training)- Knowledge of medical coding and terminology- Strong understanding of infection control systems- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
