Job Description
We are seeking a part-time dentist to work 2 days a week for our Fullerton office to provide comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being.
Duties:
Perform dental diagnostic, filling, extraction, crown/denture, and endodontic procedures
Explain procedures and treatments to the patient before starting
Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation systems
Requirements:
Proficiency in Korean and English, and any other language would be an advantage but not required
2+ years of experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license in good standing
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Open Dental)
Strong knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures
Excellent understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices
Experience with medical imaging techniques and interpretation
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for performing precise dental procedures
Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per day
