Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient satisfaction. This role involves diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and maintaining comprehensive medical documentation. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals in a supportive clinic environment.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including root canal therapy, dental extractions, and prosthodontics.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
Skills
Proficient in root canal therapy and dental extractions.
Strong understanding of infection control practices and HIPAA compliance.
Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques for improved workflow.
Knowledge of prosthodontics and other specialized dental procedures.
Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation accurately.

Pay: $708.53 - $775.41 per day
Expected hours: 8 per week
