Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our team of dentists and hygienists to provide exceptional care to our patients. You will play a key role in assisting with procedures, managing patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office.
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during procedures, including taking X-rays, preparing instruments, and ensuring patient comfort.
Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment for use.
Record and update patient health information and treatment plans.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Dental Assistant certification (if possible)
Experience in a dental office preferred but not required.
Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain).
