Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of oral health issues. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and oral surgeries.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
