Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. As a Dentist, you will perform a variety of procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, and root canal therapy, while maintaining a focus on infection control and patient education.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
Execute endodontic treatments including root canal therapy with precision.
Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed.
Maintain accurate medical records using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and office staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Skills

Strong commitment to patient care with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in endodontics and general dentistry practices.
Experience in dental fabrication techniques is preferred.
Familiarity with dental office management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Knowledge of infection control standards and practices in a dental setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
