Your Role: As a Chairside Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our skilled dentist, ensuring patients receive the highest level of care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting the dentist during dental procedures to provide a smooth and efficient experience for patients.
Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
Taking accurate dental x-rays and updating patient medical records.
Performing medical coding and documentation for patient treatments.
Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.

Qualifications:

At least one year of dental assisting experience is preferred (but we’re happy to train the right candidate!).
Expanded Functions Dental Assistants (EFDA) are highly encouraged to apply!
A strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create a warm, professional environment for our patients.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
