Job Description

```Duties```- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take dental x-rays- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software- Assist with dental lab work, including pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns- Ensure compliance with infection control and aseptic techniques
```Experience```- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant- Proficiency in dental assisting procedures, including fixed and removeable prosthodontics, endodontics, restorative, and extractions- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
Skills:- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and taking vital signs- Knowledge of dental assisting procedures, including chairside assistance and instrument sterilization- Understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dentist in providing high-quality dental care to patients. Your duties will include assisting during procedures, preparing instruments, taking x-rays, performing patient assessments, and maintaining accurate records. Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
